i've always been drawn to hard problems and exceptional people. whether it was d1 wrestling at brown, founding side hustles to pay my way through college, or decoding brain signals in a neuroscience lab, i've learned that the most interesting challenges are never solved alone.
at brown, i studied cognitive neuroscience and data science, writing my honors thesis on analyzing and predicting eeg signals using a synthetic testbed. the work fascinated me because the brain and ai had more in common than most people realized - both were pattern-recognition machines trying to make sense of noise. from dl to neuromorphic computing, the brain is the model and the inventor of what is to come. that insight led me to blackrock neurotech, where i was a product manager for the visual applications of the neuralace bci, bridging neuroscience, data science, and product to help build the future of brain-computer interfaces for those who need it most.
but i didn't start there. like many people, i explored the traditional paths first - investment banking and consulting internships during college, checking the boxes. it took me some time to realize i wasn't built for incrementalism. i wanted to work on technology that felt like science fiction, with teams that moved at the edge of what's possible. that realization brought me to palantir, where i led deployments across critical industries, working directly with customers to solve their most convoluted problems. i learned that the best technology is nothing without the right people to deploy it.
before any of that, i was the kid working customer service in food and beverage, running my own ventures, doing whatever it took to support myself and fund my education. those early years taught me grit, resourcefulness, and the power of my own volition - qualities i saw mirrored in those i worked with and those i now invest in.
today, i focus on super-connecting high-octane talent: bringing together resourceful, obsessive, and tenacious people to help them achieve their most ambitious work together.
